I'm hoping to source a replacement patio door lock. I've attached photos showing a working patio door lock for reference (the two hooks are out) and the broken part - where only one hook works. It looks like part of this is broken off? The door does not lock on the keeper as the parts that lock in do not go high enough, not sure if that makes sense! I am wondering if it is because this is broken/missing a part.

The handle was broken and we couldn't find the part anywhere. But the part that broken said something swiss and the holes for the screws are 4" apart. please help identify the part that i need to get. Thank you.

I ordered the part on the bottom from you thinking it was the same part but it doesn't fit. Do you have the correct part? Can I return the incorrect parts?

I have a lock on my sliding glass door. My nephew broke the lever and the door no longer locks. I'm thinking I need to replace the "double hook mortise lock" as well as the "Latch Lever" but uncertain what size etc... Please help!

I have door handle part number DR05-1510 and I need the lever. After some research I believe its part number 82-240 but need this confirmed. 82-240 did not work. The actuator arm is not the correct angle to allow the door to lock. Will be returning the 82-240s. Please send me the correct ones or the part number with photo. Thank you, Tommy

The inner part of the lock has interlock printed on it.

I have an existing sliding door handle that I want to replace with a keyed handle. The serial number on the door handle is stamped "DR05-1505". I plan to replace it with product "82-081". Do I need to purchase a new lever latch and striker or will the existing parts work with the DR05-1505? Thank ... (cont.)

I can't find any names or numbers

I was hoping these parts would work but they are not. The double hook mortise lock looks just like the one I am replacing that is defective, but the release tab is not hitting the striker plate properly to allow the lock lever to move, so I can't lock the door. And the latch level won't fit in my ha ... (cont.)

Looking for a new snib, I think it is a milgard HA0423WH looking at there manual. This one broke off in the mortise, still trying to get the broken piece out to confirm overall length.

I have an older Millard sliding glass door. The handle for the lock, i think Millard calls it a "snib" has broken on two places. Do you carry a replacement? Thank you.
