82-240 Roto Multi-Point Mortise Latch Lever

This sliding glass door handle's latch broke off from it's internal connection. I need a new latch. Inside the handle reads Made in New Zealand. Any idea where I could replace the latch or the entire assembly if necessary?Thanks,Mike

One side is broken off.

My door is 15 years old. Picture #4 (24731) is what's broke.It the inside of picture #5(24730). It won't latch to lock the door. Do you recognize or have these parts? Do you sell just that part or the whole handle assembly? And if so, the cost? Thank you.

Hi, Today I received my 82-238 Double Hook Mortise Lock and 82-240 Multi-Point Mortise Latch Lever. I've installed them but now I can't get the 82-238 to release. It seems like the tab between the hooks needs to come in contact with the striker plate for the mechanism to work properly. I've enclos ... (cont.)
