I need a few window balances for a renovation. Window balances are 29" long and stamped BSI 2840. Attached are photos showing the ends. Do you have replacement parts? Thanks for the help.

I'd like to replace my single-hung window sash counterbalances and was hoping you could identify the part. I've attached pictures. The balances are 21" long (not including attachments). The stamp on them reads 20 D with B.S.I. stamped sideways. Thanks for the assistance!

Need to replace a couple channel balances. They are 29" long and 9/16" wide (outside dimension) 1/2" wide (inside dimension). Stamped B.S.I 2840. Also need the plastic end caps for both ends. We need to order some window balances, we need 4 (2030) and 3 (2040) with the ends (part #19-038 and part # 15-193) Can you install the ends on the balances and if so what would be the cost?

Hi Swisco my name is Drex. Here is the channel balance from my window #2430 stamped on the channel. Is this something you stock? I need four of them.

I can't find the correct shoe for this. I think you sell the 19-004 which looks similar to the top of mine. I cannot find this sash guide anywhere.

It seems like the string attachment to the window channel is supposed to be a small hook which is missing from the metal piece at the end of the string.
