Repl. single-hung window sash counterbalances
I'd like to replace my single-hung window sash counterbalances and was hoping you could identify the part. I've attached pictures. The balances are 21" long (not including attachments). The stamp on them reads 20 D with B.S.I. stamped sideways. Thanks for the assistance!

Channel Balance
Need to replace a couple channel balances. They are 29" long and 9/16" wide (outside dimension) 1/2" wide (inside dimension). Stamped B.S.I 2840. Also need the plastic end caps for both ends. It seems like the string attachment to the window channel is supposed to be a small hook which is missing from the metal piece at the end of the string.
