Hi I need to order replacement channel balances. I've attached photos. The window weights 7.8kg. The metal part of the balance is 635mm long, and 15mm wide and deep. I need to order 7 pairs of these. Thanks John

Please find a pair channel balance for my window, the length is 29", it was built in 1995. I learned that you no longer produce this product. I would like to find an alternative product to replace the broken one.

Hi, I'm fixing a 31 x 9/16 x 5/8 channel balance with weathervane 19-038 and 15-193 tops and bottoms. I need a top sash guide replacement (See attached photo). Hi, Just wanted to confirm these are a match S372-25. These are from my 1983 weathervane (I believe) windows. Sash weight is 16.5 lbs so stamp option would be 2430? They are 25 inches long (metal section). Thx, Brad

I have a channel balance that is 1/2" inch wide and is 29" inches long. There is a stamping on it that reads 2840 c. I have ordered from you a couple years ago and this is the same part just a shorter length. The parts you sent me before had a19-038 top and a 15-193 bottom.

I think I found the parts, but i don't see the window channel balance for it ... Think its Top Fitting Weathervane 19-038 and Bottom fitting Weathervane 15-193 , it has 2430 BSI stamped on it the metal part is 25 x 1/2 x 3/4 inches long...

I have a Weathervane 2830 counterbalance. The counterbalance has a broken pulley. It is the stationary pulley at the bottom. It contains 3 nylon wheels. Balance c 2840, 29 inches long has broken springs. It looks like the top fitting is 19-038 and bottom fitting 15-193. Window weight is 23 lbs. I need 10 balance assemblies and 10 bottom fittings.

The metal portion measures 29 inches. I attached some photos. I think the bottom shoe is 15-193 and the top is 19-038. The part I cannot figure out is the channel balance itself. Looking for a quote on a 2440 balance with Weathervane shoes / fittings. Comparing to pix on your website, I'm guessing the fittings are the 19-038 and 15-193 but will want your confirmation. Will the price include assembly of the fittings or will they ship loose?

I'm about to order the 15-193 and 19-038 fittings/shoes for my b 3040 channel balance. I noticed the tension spring upper attachment 'rivet' is severely bent and surely ready to give way (see the photo). Can you tell me what rivet to use as a replacement?
