Can you please advise if you have the 2 parts I need to fix my kitchen window? I need a replacement lock latch (window 2 & 3 photos)and the plastic guide bushing (window 1 photo). If you have these parts, please advise cost and lead time. Thank you.

I'm having trouble identifying the latch/lock part of some Milgard windows. They were installed around 2004, can't see any part number anywhere. I'm missing one of the handles of a permanently locked window.

Broken Window Latch on vinyl replacement window. Although there is a left & right, it is the same assembly currently. Need 2 of these (1 for R and 1 for L)

The handle that unlocks the right window broke off. Looking to replace lock handle and/or the whole lock system.
