38-099 LH Truth Lock Assembly

I need the parts in the images.

Lock for Truth 40538 and replace the arm. I'm not sure which arm order. Attached are some photos, I believe the arms measures between 14"-16".

Looking to replace parts for truth window hinges, mounting bracket and lock hardware What may read is 40636 mounting bracket, but need lock to go with it, is there a complete? set I think the truth window hinges are part # 40887

I have rusted out hardware on my single awning windows. I have added pictures of the parts we removed. There are 2 locks per window, with the white levers. Sorry it took me a few days to get back to you. We have a 18-month-old and it's been crazy around here.... I took few pictures and took apart the locking mechanism to remove the part that's broken. Looking for these single point window lock for customer They have two that are broken

Hi I have a locking mechanism 31149 that slips out of my 40538 forks thus derailing preventing my window from locking. I notice my other bay window has a similar lever on it but with a larger knobby end that slides on the two forks and hangs over the fork sides which prevents the slippage and der ... (cont.)

We have a lifetime warranty with you, but cannot find our paperwork. We need one of the locks in the first photo, one crank in the second photo and 8 of the locks in the third photo. Also need one new screen. Can you please help me?

The lock is broken and I cannot even open the window. How do I get the window open and what part(s) do I need to replace it. I assume it's an Anderson casement window

Looking for The slide mechanism, or the whole unit if I have to. I bought this window at Home Depot in 2007. I sent a picture of the tag on the window, and also a picture of a card with the numbers on it.

We have a broken truth brand part# on thumb handle lock is 45082

this is the lock on a casement window inside the mail housing is a number 45121on the arm the number is45082

Hi, The handle came out of the lock. I see something similar but it seems on my Windows the handle goes down to lock and the ones I see go up. Are the able to be upside down Thanks

Not sure if you can identify the part by these pictures but that is all I have at the moment.

The mechanism keeps popping out so the handle won't engage when trying to lock the window shut. Truth #40538 appears on the vertically sliding brass metal plate. The interior white handle has lateral play. All other screws on the outside are secure. Perhaps just the inside part needs to be replaced ... (cont.)

The locking mechanism is labeled Truth #4053B With patent pending #40539. Made in the USA. Locking mechanism broke..need to replace.
