39-348 Sill Mounted Awning Operator

I am looking for a replacement Truth Awning Operator as shown in the above photos. The arms are stamped Truth with a stamp on the left arm viewed from inside as 40011 and the right arm of 40012. PN 39-348...is this also a replacement for long arm Anderson awning window operator dual arms?

This is a Truth Awning Operator. Pretty sure it is gold colored. Arms fully extended is 24 inches on center to the holes. Cover is 5 inches. Sill screw holes are two inches apart to the center. went to crank it open this morning and the handle fell off. Not sure what I need. Spoke to Sierra Pacific and they suggested we contact you. Todd

Crank seems to be stripped. I will probably replace both while I'm at it providing part are available. Thank you so much and very cool app.

Missing window crank from what seem to be original awning windows from a house built in 1968. Window and parts seems to have no useful markings on them, but the spline is too big to fit any of the cranks that I have purchased listed as 3/8". Looking for any assistance

I need to purchase an earning window lever operator. Looking at your 20 1/2 inch part code 39?069. I need to know the size of the opening required to install this part. Also, how long are these arms when extended fully open?

What is the distance from the end of one arm to the other on the Swisco 39-348 I need one to be 24 3/4" is that what this model measures?

My dual arms glide work just fine, but the operator is stripped. Do you handle that part? What's the point of having old windows that you can't open? Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.Pat
