Hi! We have an aluminum frame sunroom with two crank out awning windows. Sunroom installed in 1990s by Patio Enclosures in Buffalo NY area. I have Kolbe windows that are over 20 years old. I have an awning operator that the set washer will not hold in the pinion when attempting to close the window. I assume a new operator is in order and it appears the model 39-348 is the ticket. Do you know if this product will fit a Kolbe window? ... (cont.)

Hi -- The crank base is 5 inches (length). please see the picture for specific look. Also, the crank handle has a #45012 and says US PAT#4083264. We need a full replacement for the crank handle and operator (it seems to be striped). Thanks, Sian

I have a MW window made in 1989 where the cranks(operator) needs to be replaced. Enclosed are pictures of the operator broken down. I need the entire operator. It seems the barrel that the screw nut is stripped and will not stay threaded when you crank the window closed.
