Can you tell me where to find the parts for the door so I can get keys to use? Only locks from inside but need an outside key also? Is there parts for this door still available?

The lock on the Anderson door wall sticks and needs to be replaced. The door wall is over 28 years old and new parts from Anderson are not the same. Do you have parts that would replace the lock and probly the mechanism in the door. The numbers on the one photo of the lock look like 25735. 7244 ... (cont.)

Hello,I just bought an Andersen 2573078 exterior lock.Problem-the tail piece on the interior lock is not long enough to go through to the exterior lock.Do I need to buy a new thumb latch lock to make this work?

The Anderson lock is not securely locking. I have taken in out and tried to tighten it. Are there replacement parts for the lock and thumb knob?

The locking mechanism snapped. It looks a little different 82-043 due to its shape. Is there a similar shaped part or are they completely compatible?

This is an Anderson door at least 20 years old. It is not brass and not nickel....the insides need replaced also. What do I order ?
