Lock: Brass, 7246B-4; B2573555; B2573556, C2573557; 3 11/16 inches Lock: Brass; AW 2573558; 7700-14; 4 7/16 inches I see what looks like the correct parts on your site, but want to make sure I order the rights ones.

Do we need to replace both parts.. the latch doesn't work..under the latch mechanism.. it says Int. Lock thumb latch

My door has this style deadlock assembly (photo attached) with the exact same numbering on it. 2573558 and 7700-14 I also need to replace the corresponding thumb latch assembly with the codes 7442-3 and 7442-4 on it (no photo). What are my options..

I have issue with latch lever. If I move the lever to more than 30 degree angle, I will not be able to lock the door. I need to replace the silver piece that is recessed in the door frame. A tiny washer came off and has it messed up. The brass piece works fine, though.

I came across your site for your retrofit keyed handle sets for glass sliding doors, but my door uses an independent interior deadbolt with a lever instead of having the lever integrated into the handle set. We have an issue with a sliding door lock showing 7700A on wall side. The Metal prong that pushes the flexible locking button is loose and makes closing difficult, requiring pushing prong to lock door. Do I need to replace the whole lock or Is there a fix for the loose prong.
