I have a large casement windows that need to be repaired. the cranks needs to be replaced (left and right) as well as the left track. I recently ordered replacement Anderson Straight Arm Operator, 9 3/8" Arm kits for left and right. We received the kits and the mechanism that is mounted on the Window sill is wider than the original one we have. Our present one has 3 4/16" distance between the two screw holes....the one we receiv ... (cont.)

Looking for replacemnent parts for my biltbest windows the operator is part number 233 D.C. and all I really need is the handle and worm drive which is broken. I am also looking for the closure latch for these same windows. Thanks
