Do the strings come with the sash balance? Or do I need to order them separately?

Hi guys, Little help here, I have a balance from a window, appears to be an anderson window made in june of 1973. the balance has "g22 10 31 273" printed on the back. can you tell me what balance I need to purchase to replace it with? Thankyou

I have an Anderson Narrowline window that needs new balances. The number stamped on the balance is 11600-17. There is also a set of number stamped across the narrow end, 931 BR39 699. I will need both right and left. Thank you.

I don't see bold numbers like 531 in your example but I found this number. 11600-17 Does that help?

I need to replace the balances in two of my windows (clear opening with sashes remove is 39"W X 60"H). We took apart all of our different windows and wrote down the numbers stamped on the balances. how the heck is the plastic piece across top of 11600-17 supposed to come out? we managed to get one out and see that there is a metal box on each side of top-- sash balance box, i guess. and how is that sash balance box supposed to come out? thanks!
