82-244 Patio Door Mortise Lock and Keeper

I am searching for an internal lock for our door. I do not have the old one anymore. Inside mounting holes are 3 11/16, depth is 1 5/8, opening is 4 1/4 X 13/16.

I Just moved in to this duplex and the condition of the Patio Glass Sliding door lock housing is in the photos. Distance between the inner two screws is 3.5 inch and the distance of opening is 4.75 Inch. I am looking for the lock and any missing needed hardware. Thank you Ayman

Struggling to find handle and mortise lock for an American exteriors inc (Denver) door likely more than 20 years old.

I have a Simonton sliding glass door that was installed around 1997. The door latch is not working properly. Can you help me find a replacemnent? Please let me know if you need pictures of the latch out of the door.

The toggle is not moving the lock to latch anymore. It also appears the mortise lock top and bottom have partly broken off. I can't find a mortise lock that matches these measurements. It appears to be a Legacy handle set.

Need a replacement for this lock. Dimensions from top to bottom screws are about 3 9/16" apart. The circular portion is 1/2" wide by about 3 3/16" end to end. Also curious about the visible lever (that flips up and down on the other side) that triggers the hook lock. Does that come with the lock by ... (cont.)

Hello, I am in search of a replacement handle and lock

The existing mortise lock is stamped into the rounded metal mortise frame. Tried to replace it with a standard lock from Home Depot but the two parts do not separate.

I thought I could replace the lock mechanism but can't find a serial number. So may have to replace the patio door locking handles. See picture

Can not find make or model anywhere. Only engraving I can see is : Canadian patent 919213 and Patent # 3596954 door level and latch is about 40+ years old

Hello, I am looking to see how I can fix broken pins on the locking mechanism on our sliding glass door. It looks like part #82-244 is the correct replacement but the pins that the screws would screw into to hold this piece into place have broken . Any suggestions? Is there maybe a different kind ... Hello. I am looking to replace the door handle, outdoor pull and latch. Will item 82-020 work? The length from the black pierce to the handle is about 2 inches instead of 2 1/2 inches and the outdoor pull is 7 1/4 long.

The keeper and the locking mechanism appear to be welded together. The only number I can find on the lock is 1928 other than that there are no other identifying numbers. The door was purchased in 2002.

82-218 looks like the correct latch. However, the old latch is attached to a frame that inserts into the door. The frame / latch assembly screws to the inside frame of the door.the latch ends up being recessed in the door about 1/4 inch

Removed from sliding glass vinyl patio door. Unable to locate at local hardware stores.
