All of the door lock works pictured are missing and need to be replaced. The opening for the latch is 3/4" x 4". Can you tell me what parts I need to order? Thanks.

I have this slider that needs to be fixed prior to selling. Everything that I have found doesn't appear to allow the lock assembly to mount flush with the door frame. Hello, the lock mechanism on my sliding door is not functional. I uploaded some pictures and would appreciate some help in identifying the part itself. Also, I am wondering how to separate the actual lock mechanism from the separate adapter as shown in the photos. Thank you

Part will not latch properly so unable to lock it. Home built in 2003. Only part # I see is SGD-R25 . Also says Series 1210

I have two slider doors (more than 40 years old). The handles and latches are worn and no longer working. I am not sure what the make and manufacturer of the door and parts are but hopefully the pictures and the nomenclature that I found on the handle and latch will help identify a replacement: ... Lock control

Locking handle moves up or down, but does not move the locking mechanism.

Door is Royal possibly 1000 series.

My handle set looks like your Product Code: 82-032 but my turning lever is positioned closer to the bottom of the lock. Not in the center. I need to replace the mortise lock that operates with my handle. PLease see photos attached,

latch sinks back into door when you try to close it. if I pull it out and shut door it will lock. Just not sure which part to order. Don't really want to pull it apart until I have a new part.
