I need the complete sliding glass door handle and lock set for a sgd-r25 sliding door

I'm trying to confirm that this lock is an 82-244 part number. The Spring in mine broke so the hook no longer engages and I would like to replace the lock. Upon your confirmation I will order the part if it is correct. Thanks in advance

My sliding glass door purchased in 2007 stopped locking. I tried to take handle and lock apart and locking part fell down inside door. Looking for a missing mortise latch. The mortise opening measures 3/4" w x 4 7/16" L x 1 5/16 d. The screw holes are 3 1/2" apart. Latch pin is at a 45 degree angle and the handle screws are 3 7/8" apart.

Looking at 82-244 replacement mortise lock. The only dimensional difference between what I'm replacing and what 82-244 offers is the 3 9/16" hole to hole center on your product and what I believe is 3 1/2" hole to hole centers on the one I'm replacing. I have an Alside patio door that was installed in 1999. The locking mechanism is broken. I have had no luck with Alside and have waited long enough. It looks like the 82-244 might work.

Trying to find an exact match for the pictures latch set. The mortice oval is 3/4" x 4-1/2" and the mounting screws are #8-32s, 3-1/2" center-to-center.The latch is activated by a lever in the door pull. Is this something you have in stock? Thank you
