26-377 Pivot Bar - Stamped 8254

Not sure if this is a pivot bar but it broke in half.

Says 8254 on the specific part. I need replacement pieces so that the actual sash will stay open and stay in the frame track.

How do I fix this?

Number on bottom of pivot bar could be 3254 or 8254, approx measurements are 2 and 15/16 long by 9/16 wide and 2 and 1/4 inches to the bend. These are pretty exact.

Premium series window installed in 2004. plygem order # 114649-02. need side guide and pin that goes on bottom of sash and goes into side guide. the stamped numbers and letters are 11TGX B.S.I. AK...JPG.295 IS A PICTURE OF WHAT THE PIVOT BAR SLIDES INTO BUT I CAN NOT REMOVE IT ,IT JUST SLIDES UP AND DOWN IN A CHANNEL. I AM ALSO GOING TO NEED NEW PIVOT BARS .THANK YOU FOR ANY HELP YOU CAN PROVIDE. CHARLES

at the bottom of window which holds window to springs

These windows bought/installed in 2004. Dealer/installer no longer associated with Ply Gem and no longer has this part. It's a metal guide that attaches to the window sash. Number on it is S254 and at the far end the number 2. See photos for better description. Thanks/ Kurt

This metal part located at the bottom of the double hung window and slides into the pivot shoe ( I think). They keep breaking. Attached is a broken part and others in the window. Any ideas? Thx, Greg

Hi, I have 3 or 4 Jeld Wen Windows that won't stop open. I've attached a photo of the "feet" of the window. The shoes of the windows seem fine. Do you think I have found the correct part in your database? I need to order 10 ASAP for overnight delivery.
