Vinyl window pivot bar

I want to replace windows parts that my house built on 2009. The information I have is Milgard Windows double hung window. My question is,What series is this part? Can I get it? Can you shipping it to Japan?

I sent a picture of the three different things we need for my window so it will stay open. I was told my windows are truth windows not sure if that's correct. Just looking to get this window fixed where I can stay open.

Both of the pivot bars broke as we went to clean the windows. I looked on your web site at the pivot bar section and did not see this type of pivot bar. I hope that you have it. I have window with that part # that is broke. The window will not stay open. There is no window name anywhere on window. I have 3 windows with same part broken. Thanks Michele Joseph

This is the part at the bottom of the window that locks into the spring "counter weight ".

This is the part number: 3254. I need the one for the left side if there is any difference. Cannot find a brand name on the window. May be from a Great Lakes or Ply Gem window.

This piece is like the pivot point when you are cleaning the outsides of the windows. 7cm long x 1cm x 8mm wide. 8254 is the number on it.there is also a 3 on the piece that breaks off.

Looking for pivot bar and balancer shoe

My husband thinks this is called a pivot bar. The measurements are 3 3/4" x 1/4". The windows were made by a Great Lakes and installed in 1999.
