Do you sell these flat headed fasteners or rivets for the 26-377 / #8254 pivot bar? If not, what do you recommend for fastening the part.

I need 2 of these #8254

It is the piece attached to the window that allows it to connect to the spiral balance on the bottom of the window.

would you be able to tell me what type of channel balance i would need to replace this old one?

This is a milgard window with parts missing. I need the swivel pins, 1 long plastic trim (to retain glass)27" long and double pane obscure glass to fit a 15"X27" opening in the frame. I guess the Glass finish size would be 14 3/4" X 28 3/4. Can you help me?

The part number on the window looks like 8254. The part number on the inside of the window is 19hd. I can't find these parts at any local window dealers in the area. They all claim that they have never seen anything like that. Please help me locate these parts.

Hello. I have a broken pivot guard on a Milgard window that I need to replace. I've attached photos. The only info on the pivot is "A 4" stamped on the unit. It appears that both the right and left side are identical. Thanks Rich

A window was not latched properly and pivoted out on to the floor. Both bottom pivot bars that lock into the sliders broke off when this happened. We need two new ones. Thanks,

I have to replace part 8254 which due the wonderful internet I was able to find and order from your company.It appears that the ones on there now are pop rivot on. How would i 1. take off old ones and 2. secure new ones? Thanks in advance Matt
