I need 2 balancers that the channel measures 25 3/8" long

I have a customer who needs both left and right side double-hung, tilt-in window balances replaced. The channel balance has "28C FB G51" stamped into it. The channel measures 1/2" on all three sides and is 28" long with a string & tackle assembly attached to a 15 1/4" spring.

If you could assist me with parts for this window. The channel itself is 22" and non ribbed. It looks like it could be the 765. Hard to determine being that this window channel is destroyed and missing pieces. Plus the bottom pieces that the window itself locks into do not move at all ... (cont.)

I am looking for a balance similar to the 770 but mine has a little barrel at the end instead of a hook. And the stamp says 40G. Is this something you carry?

The only marking on the balancer is 31B and I need the clip on the end of the sash cord. Please see attached photo. Many thanks

I have tow United Windows 5500 series double hung windows. All the pivot shoes are cracked preventing the windows from moving up and down freely. Can you please help me find the replacement pivot shoes and how to replace them. Thank you in advance for your help. Tony

I am looking for replacement pivot shoes, pivot bars and balances for an earthwise window. The pivot shoe is 1/2" thick, 1-3/16" wide and 1-3/8" tall. The pivot bar is 2-1/2" long. The balance is 12" long. Can you assist me in identifying appropriate replacement parts?

I cannot seem to find the right one

I need two window balance rods for pivot windows. They are 20 inches in length and the pivot shoe/wedge looks to be 1 1/4" in the channel.

Looking for this replacement channel balancer. 19" in length. Numbers read 19B BSI DR. I think this is off a vector window. track is 9/16" wide on the outside and 1/2" wide on the inside. Thank you!
