we are trying to find this balancer we cant seem to find the correct end that will go into the shoe. Maybe they dont make this kind of end anymore that goes into the shoe maybe you can help with something that we can replace to replace the balancers.

I have a broken plain channel balance where the end fitting has come off. I don't see a simialr match on your site. The coil balance shoe sits in a channel that does not have a space to remove the part without breaking the plastic channel. Any suggestions? Do you have this part?

My window that slides up and down and tilts out broke. The metal piece on the bottom of the window slides into a piece attached to the spring. I don't know what is called or if it can be replaced

The window was not staying in the open position and during the inspection/investigation I discovered there were pieces that were broken. The window balance is a 28F.
