I need new string and the end ferrules that pull the window up. The window is a single hung dual payne non impact that is 4ft wide and 3 ft high and weighs 46 lbs.

I purchased 26c window channels and pivot shoes, photos attached. Pivot shoes will not slide in current Comfort View window 32 1/2 w x 28 1/2 h tilt window. Window channel appears to not fit my pivot shoes that are currently in place, photo attached. Need help, Thanks Roger

The balance has marking 240 BSI. it is 24 inches long, 1/2 wide, 1/2 deep.The shoes in the photo are broken on top so I am not sure what that should look like. I need to order 6 balances and 6 shoes. Hi, I need to replace balances. Some are marked 20TG with a lenght of 21 1/4 inches and others are 36TG X with a lenght of 37 1/4 inches. I need the parts to attach the window as well. (see pictures). Could you tell me what exactly I need to buy? Thank you so much, John

The lock shoe was similar in shape to your Code 15-135. But a replacement was given as your code 15-169. The length of the channel is almost 35.5 X 0.5 X 0.5

I know this is a S770, however the stamp on it reads 24HD and it measures 25 5/16. I'm just curious as to what size I should purchase?
