We have Thermal Guard windows and the lock on two of the casement style windows are broken and need to be replaced. Any thoughts on where to get the parts and how to do it or a company that would come fix them? Of course the company who installed the replacement windows no longer does that... Than ... (cont.)

Hi. I broke the casement latch on one window and am having trouble finding a replacement. Can you help? Also this latch is on a largish window- 60"X30". When cranked fully closed it is still difficult to latch? Is this just an alignment issue? Does a window this large really need two latches? ... (cont.)
