Hi, I'm looking for a replacement for the attached pictured casement handle with a metal handle. I think the 38-138 is pretty close, but would like your opinion. I'm not sure of the brand of the window. Thanks, -Ray

I'm looking for a left replacement lock for my window. If the style is different, I'd like to order a left and right lock. Please advise.

Casement Window Operator Arm is about 9-7/8"

Hi. I broke the casement latch on one window and am having trouble finding a replacement. Can you help? Also this latch is on a largish window- 60"X30". When cranked fully closed it is still difficult to latch? Is this just an alignment issue? Does a window this large really need two latches? ... (cont.)

I've uploaded two images. The first image is of the sticker that identifies my window. The second image shows the latch mechanism that I need to replace, because it is broken.
