Hello, I recently purchased and received a Roto Multi-Point Lock, 37MM Fork window lock. However, it's smaller than the broken part I am trying to replace. The lever that latches the window shut is broken -- it is completely loose and rotating it up no longer unlocks the window. I need to replace it, but the catch is that the window is locked shut, so I can't get to the screws, which are on the side that is pressed against the window. There are no visi ... (cont.)

Thanks for all your help. I appreciate it. Attached is a picture, my old lock is on the left, the new 38-138 I bought from you guys is on the right. My only concern is length of fork. All the other dimensions seem to be the same. Any advice please? Thank you Mike

From the picture available my part matches your 38-139 100%. However, your picture does not include vertical distance between the screw holes. What is the distance between the screw holes?

This is from a vinyl window in one of our properties. the balance of the windows in the buidling were Norandex Acorn 3600 series single hung, so I might assume the same manufacturer. Would this be a 38-099 or do you have a better option? thanks

Which of your replacement casement window handles should I order

Here is one that is not broken and the one that is broken.

I am trying to find replacement latches for the casement / awning windows in my house. I need to replace at least five that the handles have snapped off of like the attached picture. We have Thermal Guard windows and the lock on two of the casement style windows are broken and need to be replaced. Any thoughts on where to get the parts and how to do it or a company that would come fix them? Of course the company who installed the replacement windows no longer does that... Than ... (cont.)
