Like me, the aging joints on my Pan Am window require repair or replacement. I don't know the names, but I've attached photos with measurements. The torque arm measurements are: 52 1/2" long , and the arms on each end are approximately 3 1/4" & 4 1/4" from the centerline of the torque shaft to the center of each of the 2 pins on the arm. I need to replace the torque bar bearing (both sides) on three awning windows. Your 36-082 is the bearing I need. How do you remove the torque bar and bearing to allow replacement of the bearing. How do you get the torque bar out to be able to replace these bearings? The obvious screw holding the bearing to the side of the frame is through the 3/16 inch diameter hole. I removed it on both sides of the window frame but there is still lots of resistance to pulling the bar and bearings out. Is ... (cont.)

Aloha...it's me again! Decided since I was ordering a new crank I'd better replace the arm and stabilizing bar as well.
