39-363 Pella Pivot Plate Hinge Shoe

We are in need of Pella window parts for a casement window installed in 1977 or 78. One part on the top of the window and one part on the bottom of the window that looks like teeth. I am trying to locate the part so that my contractor can repair it.

Lost a part for a pella casement. It attaches to the bottom corner of the window then connects to a groove in the aluminum cladding. The only serial numbers I found on the outside of jamb was a sticker: WTEAS2959L AND WTEAS2959R I need the parts that screw into the top and sill, that connect the arms shown in pictures

I have both LH and RH opening windows that need complete hardware replacement. (Both open in opposite directions.) I have several pella casement windowsinstalled in New home built in 1989. Most are hanging out of plum while the frames have stayed plum. I asked a Swisco rep for help with a plastic piece in the corner, but he didn't know what I meant. I hope this photo is helpful. The arrow identifies the broken part we are needing to replace. Pella casement window hinge pin.
