I have ordered part # 39-352 and #39-395 and the part that screws into the window is the wrong size. The size in the picture needs to be 8" and the 10" arm needs to be riveted next to the first screw hole like the picture. Do you have this part?

Painter/contractor says windows are quality wood casement windows in great condition, originally installed around 1980. However, the little (2")glides are worn. Looking for slide rollers (part name?) for Pella casement windows that are probably 30 years old. The windows are wood with a vinyl clad exterior. This part slides along with top and bottom window sash when you crank the window open. Any help is appreciated.

Paul, If this part is wore out, will this cause the window to slightly sag? I have a 4 pane window with 2 casement as part of this window. From the inside of the house, the left casement window slightly sags and will catch on the bottom right while closing it. Monte

I have Pella casement windows one 609, 6 awning type 618 and the rest are 618 also (but not awning style) is this Pella Pivot Plate Hinge Shoe 39-363 going to be the correct for these windows ??
