The plastic lock has broken on 2 different sliding screen doors. Please check photos and let me know if you have replacement parts.

CIG 23-04 is code on the glass window

My latch won't go back into place once the knob has been engaged to open the screen making it unable to close. Just purchased the replacement Pella handle item # 83-123 and installed. Still need the replacement lever(see pic)that you lift when entering from outside.

We have a Pella Sliding patio door that is at least 20 years old or older. 1- We would like to add a keyed lock to the outside sliding patio door. It never came with a lock on the outside. The handle has a hook that secure's it to the jamb. The hook is broken and needs replaced. And is there a specific way to remove the internal hardware?

The screen door is a retractable spring-loaded screen. It works well but on the outside the small hook piece that is used when you're outside to open the door broke off. All other parts of the screen work well so I prefer not to replace the entire locking mechanism. Picture number two shows the ext ... (cont.)

There are no screws for me to remove the indoor part of the handle to put in my replacement part.

See attached photo. The distal end of the strike is broken. The exterior pieces are also broken or missing, however if I can get only the strike that will be enough.

The spring inside the latch housing (IMG_1281) is broken and needs replacement. The latch (IMG_1280) no longer stays in the engaged position.

I am looking for a replacement part for the retractable screen door

My screen door latch stopped working. It does not latch. It previously was spring loaded which returned it to the latched position. I do not see any spring load in the video. What am I missing? Ron

The latch on my original (1990s) Pella patio screen door broke from my dog trying to go after a squirrel! Im not sure where to get a new one or which model would best work! Plus the door rollers are worn out on the storm door and need new ones. If you can recommend both, that'd be great! Ty ... (cont.)
