I need to replace the latch (83-115) on an 83-123 handle. How do I get the handle off? I removed the Pella emblem from the screen handle and removed the screw. The bottom of the handle is still attached to the screen frame. How do I disconnect it from the frame? Thank you, Ron

I ordered the 83-115 latch for my Pella screen door. I am not seeing any screws for removing the handle. Is there another way to gain access to the latch and mechanism?

Hi. My screen door latch broke. I need the smaller part that the latch catches onto that is in the frame...not in the actual door. I also am not sure what I need to keep the door open. It slides back if not held.

The finger latch on my screen door broke off. I purchased replace part 83-115 but how do I remove the interior part of the door latch. I have an emblem rather than screws. How do I remove the emblem to get to the screw?

Hello, I ordered and installed this latch without any problem thanks to your video. However, what I'm finding is that the latch doesn't click shut after we close the door.
