The boys at this school managed to lose this part, It may have fallen in the door. Or it could have been tossed. The pic is of the now exposed cam mechanism. Door is 1". Diam of hole is 1 1/2". distance from door edge to hole edge is 1 3/4". What is manufacturer/what do we need? Thanks so much!!
