My balance does not have a stamp that matches. Which one should i choose for my balance order? Thank you!

I need a replacement for this bathroom window bracket (I think the official term is is channel balance). I ordered one from you several years ago but I couldn't find a receipt or confirmation to know the exact part. Thanks!
