Hello, I need to replace two "14 3 FQ Caldwell" Channel balance, photo attached. The length of the current balance is 15". The sash weights about 10.5 lb. I'd appreciate if you could recommend a match one from your product. Thank you. Jonathan

I have old Viking non-tilt windows with 15" channels which have 1490 then FG then 21 on them. They are for smaller windows, so it seems they would not need more than the lower numbers like 1420 or 1430. Do you know which is appropriate? I need 2 pairs of replacement channel balances but don't have the old ones for a sample. The hole where the channel balance will fit is 5/8" x 1-5/8". I have a 15" window channel balance that the cord broke on. The first picture shows the only markings on the balance. They read 14-5 KM5 CMC 68.

Don't know what to order but I need to find out. This is not the only window in the house that needs to be fixed. Found a number on the balance 14 5 JO CALDWELL. It measures 1/2 " x 15" and it is for a non tilt window.

This looks very similar to your 385 - 15". The tip looks identical however, the shoe might be about 1/16th shorter than the 1-3/32" size of the shoe that comes with your 385-15. Also could just be wear on my old spring that accounts for the difference. I need to order two or three of these spring ... (cont.)

I am looking to replace channel balances for two windows: - 21-inch: 1/2-inch width, markings 20 4 KU CMC 7 - 15-inch: 1/2-inch width, markings 14 5 CV CMC 7 I've included photos of the parts I'd like to replace.

Photos include the numbers stamped on the balance. The length (not including the plastic end pieces) is 15". As near as I can tell, the shoe measurement is 1 3/32".

My window is Alpine single window. This part shown is part that guides window up and down and holds it in place you want it to hold. They are 16 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. The numbers on part are 14 9 26 do Caldwell I need 2 please

Hello the rope broke inside of my window rail. The numbers stamped on it is 14 3 JQ CALDWELL and the length of the rail metal frame only is 15". There are two plastic mounts on both ends that are not part of my measurement. Can you tell me what part I need? Thanks much!
