Hello, I need to replace a couple sets of channel balances and am hoping you can help me hone in on the correct parts. I have a window balance that has failed and I need a replacement. It is 1/2" wide, 17" overall length. It is out of a Phillips window and the marking are 15 4 LR CALDWELL. Thanks for your help. John Davis

Hi, I am looking for balances for an old window (around 1995). Apparently, the balances were removed or broke at one time and were discarded. The bottom sash weighs 5.8 lbs. Visible glass on the bottom sash is 15 in. Any idea which balance will fit? Thanks for your help.

this is a channel / sash balance for a single hung Windowmaster vinyl window. it's 16 inches long and has the following markings 1530 BSL mm.

good day... I am needing some parts for gapco windows. This house was built in 1987, so I assume that is the year the windows were made, or thereabouts. I have studied your different parts for different series of Gapco windows and I am quite sure that the windows are series 385.

Hello I have some channel balances that need replaced. The one is stamped 26 3 EQ and the other is wore off. The one that is wore off is 16 inches long. Hello, I need to find out which option to get. I removed the lower half of the window ( 34"x 17") and it's weight is 17 lbs. Do I divide that weight by two since there are two balances or is the weight option figured for the weight of the window?
