S385-17 17" Series 385 Channel Balance

The replacement channel balance I need looks most like your SERIES 385. The metal channel is 17". But the stamp on mine say 1690. Should I just order the heaviest option 1660? Or do you have an option for 1690?

Pictures attached of 17" long lift with "winged" top and bottom. The window weighs 15lb-9oz. I also need the channel balance guides, also pictured. I need two channel balances for small bathroom window. The balance is 17" long, not counting the plastic end fittings. The stamp on the back reads "16 3 EN CALDWELL". The width is 5/8". Pictures of the plastic end fittings are attached.
