S385-17 17" Series 385 Channel Balance

See attached photos that are of the "spring" that broke in one of our windows. I couldn't seen a "before" photo because it fell out when the window was raised, but I'm sending a photo of the window when it's closed. When it open you can't see the spring in the side that is still there, if that make ... (cont.)

It is marked as a 1640 which I have installed myself in the past, but wanted to try Swisco. However, I don't see anything labeled as a 1640.

Need new channel springs for a non tilt window. Not sure which model or version I need from you. May I get some guidance please? Thank you.

This spring arm balances or holds up the window when in the open position. There is one on each side of the window and I have a broken spring in one of my windows that needs to be replaced. The arm itself is 18" long including the plastic fittings on the end and 17" for the metal part only. It looks ... (cont.)

The 385 and 385 look close, but neither is exact. Can you tell me which I need?

I need to replace 4 of these. Marking says 1620 BSI OP. Which is the part I need from your stock?

2 channel balances 1st- stamp is 16 1 and is 17-17.5in2nd- stamp 28 3 and is 27-27.5 in

I am a solo handyman looking for better results for my clients

The balance appears to have a top 19-005, bottom 15-005 with a channel 17" x 1/2" The numbers found were 45-6. I need a matching pair for one window. I don't know who the manufacturer is. Thanks John
