I need to replace this channel balance. When I search for this on you site I get numerous ones that all look the same to me, but have different id numbers. This is a 17 inch channel balance for a non-tilt window. Please let me know which one I need.

Hello, This channel balance is 17" long and 1/2" wide. The stamp reads, "16 4 HS CALDWELL". We need at least 2; but possibly as many 6.

I have a window spring balance that is broken and need to get a replacement. Spring loaded balance has the number 1690 BSI 20. See the pictures and let me know I should order. Thanks for your help,Chris

Good afternoon, I have an 18" window channel balance and the string has broken. I am looking for a replacement but the stamp is a 16-4. I cannot find anything other than a 17-4, is that interchangeable or do I need to locate the 16-4 specifically? Thank you in advance. -Marc

Hello I have a kitchen window that has an upper and lower sash. It appears that I need new channel balances. However, how do I remove and replace the upper sash's balancers? All 4 channel balances appear to be exactly alike and you seem to have the parts I need. Patrick
