S385-23 23" Series 385 Channel Balance

I need help finding replacement for my windows and making sure I get the right ones. I also need the take out clips. I have 9 windows total and need replacement pairs for each window. They are 23"

Hi - I've figured out that I need a couple of 23" Series 350 Channel Balances (with the included shoe and top), but I don't see a stamp option anywhere on the old balances indicating the sash weight range. If I simply weigh the sash itself will that work for figuring out the range? Thanks ... (cont.)

Hi, The part number says 22 5 DQ Caldwell. Measured at 23inch by 1/2 inch. Please see attached photos.

I must replace 6 channel balances (3 windows). The stamping on the channel reads: 22 4 PL CALDWELL the length of the channel is 23" (not including the guides) Thank you

i dont know exactly which ones to order, i have 10 windows with the ones marked 28b, and 1 window marked 22b, so 20 of the 28b and 2 of the 22b, here are photos so you can see the clips. thanks!!

The window is one of 13 installed sometime between 1960 and 1998. The lower sash weighs 28-29 lbs. The outside dimensions are W-51" x Ht-25 5/8". Hi, I need 2 viking window balances, stamp 2230, 23" long. But I don't know which series to use. The top appears to be 19-005. But the shoe is not exactly the same as 15-001 or 15-002. The shoe on my broken balance is 1 and 1/16" at the widest horizontal dimension. Whereas the 15-001 is 1" and the 1 ... (cont.)

Hi I have a 23 inch window channel balance that has 2240 stamped on the back. It looks like it has wings on the slides top and bottom. It is a half inch channel. Do you have the compete part? How much would it cost for 2 to be shipped to Australia? Thank you.
