Channel Balance for 30.9 pound sash
Greetings. I need some clarification on which channel balance to order. I have a 1/2 wide model. 26" Length Per your website top guide is 19-005, bottom is 15-004. All Very Clear. The issue is specifying the weight range. My Window is 30.9 lbs. which is above the 28 lb weight range list ... (cont.)

Window Channel Balance
Your website recommends the S385-26 for my replacement, but I am unsure of the stamp option. The print on mine is 25 5. Should I assume I need the 2550 option. My window is a metal frame 32x30" with double pane glass. Thanks.

How do you determine sash weight?
How I determine my sash weight? If I buy a pair of lifts that are for a higher sash weight than I actually need would it be detrimental?

replacement for philip stayton channel balance
looking for a compatible replacement for a philips stayton window channel balance. the part measures 1/2" wide and 27" from top to end of shoe. the stamp on the part is 25 3 FW CMC 10. can you advise me of a part that would work as a replacement

What option for a 33.3 pound sash?
It seems that I need the 26" Series 385 Channel Balance with 19-005 top and 15-004 shoe. What is not clear is what option I need to select. Slash weight is 33.3 lb. Can you help me out. Help in identifying "shoe"
The attached pictures are of a "string" failed Certainteed counterbalance, circa 2002, off of a vinyl single-hung window. Single Hung window channel balance for Empire Pacific Window

I have 25 inch long channel balancer, measuring just the metal channel and not counting the plastic ends. The only number stamped in the metal is 25 3. I have a window that is single hung non tilt and the mechanism that pulls it up and down is broke. The measurements are 1/2 inch wide by 27 inches long.
