S385-26 26" Series 385 Channel Balance

Greetings. I need some clarification on which channel balance to order. I have a 1/2 wide model. 26" Length Per your website top guide is 19-005, bottom is 15-004. All Very Clear. The issue is specifying the weight range. My Window is 30.9 lbs. which is above the 28 lb weight range list ... (cont.)

Your website recommends the S385-26 for my replacement, but I am unsure of the stamp option. The print on mine is 25 5. Should I assume I need the 2550 option. My window is a metal frame 32x30" with double pane glass. Thanks.

How I determine my sash weight? If I buy a pair of lifts that are for a higher sash weight than I actually need would it be detrimental?

looking for a compatible replacement for a philips stayton window channel balance. the part measures 1/2" wide and 27" from top to end of shoe. the stamp on the part is 25 3 FW CMC 10. can you advise me of a part that would work as a replacement

The attached pictures are of a "string" failed Certainteed counterbalance, circa 2002, off of a vinyl single-hung window. Item is 26" long X 1/2" wide. Markings on channel are: "2530 BS1 TA " I believe it is your series 380 with 15-005 end piece. Would you please verify this from the pictures I am attaching? Robert

I need help choosing the correct channel balance. I have double hung non-tilting vinyl windows. Marking on the channel balance reads"Caldwell". The length of the channel is 26 inches. Do these come as a pair, or do I order them separately? Thank you
