The cord broke in my 27" window balancer. Is a replacement cord available or do I need to replace the entire window balancer? If so, which part number do I need? Thanks, Jeff

Window glass measures 25" x 25". Depth of channel is a hair over 1/2". What should I order?

Hi, I have a window sash that has incorrect balances installed. Currently, the sash shoots up anytime the lock is disengaged. The balances installed are stamped 24-6 EL5 CMC 43. I think I need a 27" Series 385 Channel Balance Option 2630. The metal channel, not including the plactic ends, measures 27" in length. The numbers on the metal are: 26 3 JU CMC 2. Please see attached pictures of the ends. Please let me know what channel balance I need to order.
