S385-27 27" Series 385 Channel Balance

Need help finding the right replacement window channel balance. The only markings on it are "26 3 BSI MK", it's 27in long. I found this post, https://www.swisco.com/discussions/26-3-BSI-TJ-77-152676, which recommends Series 385, with a 2630 option. Is that true for my case as well? ... (cont.)

Hey there, The windows in my house take 385 series. Several of them are broken and need to be replaced. The curious thing is this. The window channel balance I have broke but it's a 27' inch and in trying to find the same one BUT with the attachments already on it . The balance has markings that say "26-4 DG5 CMC 54".

Hi, I have a window sash that has incorrect balances installed. Currently, the sash shoots up anytime the lock is disengaged. The balances installed are stamped 24-6 EL5 CMC 43. I think I need a 27" Series 385 Channel Balance Option 2630. The metal channel, not including the plactic ends, measures 27" in length. The numbers on the metal are: 26 3 JU CMC 2. Please see attached pictures of the ends. Please let me know what channel balance I need to order.

Can't determine which is the correct replacement part. The feet at the bottom of the channel balance have broken off. The channel is 1/2" wide and 27" long. I've attached close-ups of the top and bottom of the part. Thanks for your help. Bruce
