S385-27 27" Series 385 Channel Balance

I tried to replace these myself and they were very tight and difficult to put it. They snapped out and broke. Should I just get new ones and try again? What is the replacement part I need??

I need some replacement balancers for my non tilt Milgard windows. The current ones have 26 5 IV CMC 8 printed on them - the length is 27" (measured using the example from your video). The ends are also quite similar to the examples in your video - windows are aprox. 20 years old ... (cont.)
