I have an aluminum Traco window. The bottom sash operates. The top sash appears to be somewhat fixed, but it does appear to have a release button on each side on the top the same as the bottom sash. Tilt Lock Info Tilt locks are not on TOP of the sash, they're on the side sash that faces you. The portion that you would move with your fingers is black. The internal parts are white.

can you identify the broken tilt window pin. You press the black button on the front of the window to release the tilt pin. I do not see any markings on the items.
