Hello. I'm looking to purchase replacement channel balances for the windows in my home. The home was built in 1991 and has Rollyson Aluminum windows. The length of the balances (only measuring the metal channel) is 31 inches. The stamp on the balances (shown in a photo) is "30 3 CK Caldwell". Using ... (cont.)

There is a 30-3 marking on the balance and it looks like lower plastice cap has a depth that is greater than 1 inch.

Replacement balances needed,do not know the window brand. The number stamped on the part is 30 3 BSI 0G

I think there is a faint 60 as the first marking on the channel. There are no other markings or engravings on the channels. I need this info asap, I will try and call. Thank you.

Hello, I need to replace this counter balance and the other small broken plastic piece that holds the balance in place (this piece attaches to the window). I greatly appreciate any help!

I am looking to order (10) balances. Both balances came from windows that have a weight of 44lbs.
