Hello, we are attempting to replace our window channel balance on a 30lb non tilt window. It is a 1/2 inch width and 30 3/4 inches long. It has no stamping on it to indicate the series.

Hello, Please find attached 5 photos showing the broken window spring. The windows in the home are original to 2003 and slide up and down and latch in the middle of the lower window.
