How do I know which stamp option to use. Our current balances have nothing similar stamped on them. Thanks, Lori

I need to order (4) of the S385-33 balances for my Milgard windows. The stamp on the existing channel is 32DS 42. Which option do I choose?

When installing 8 (order total; all same type of the aforementioned), these 5 channel balances broke upon usage when installing in window. two broke at the top, much smaller pieces, the other three severely damaged the pulley system and snapped. Hi, What should I order to replace the balance in the photos. Channel width is 9/16, length is 33. Only stamp is 32 9 HR CALDWELL. I'm thinking it is a S385-33, but I'm unsure of the options. Thanks, Mark.
