Need to know what balance and option I need to replace

Greetings! I need to order two(2) balance channels. I have the length and spring strength (3240) based on marking on the old channels, but want to make sure I'm ordering the right "top" and "shoe." Attached are photos of the ends of one of my old balances (one of top, two different ... (cont.)

Window is sloppy in frame. Window is having a problem engaging both channel balances. Could these sash guides be worn out? Using a S - 385-33 3260 will need 4 guides and 4 channel Balance

Do you have a balance that would work for a Milgard window? I've included a photo with a part number (32 4 JW CMC 7) If yes, what is the cost?

Channel is 33" long. Has spring plus string and pulley system. Fits into a non tilt window. The words on the channel are as follows :32 5 HR CALDWELL. Width is 3/8"

Hi, I have balance that show this number 32 5. Nothing else. I am pretty sure its S380 type. Its 33" long and 0.5" wide. I don't know what options to pick. What I know is: 13-18 lbs is not enough. The window balance channel is 33" long, 9/16" wide, and has a 32c stamped on it.

I need the part number for this damaged balance. Your 33" series 385 option 3230 worked well for another window the last time I needed one. This current window is a smaller so I wanted to verify the correct part.

On the side of the Channel it says 32 5 . It is a 33" balance the needs to handle 28-32 pound window. I need 4 of them. Please let me know the total price, shipping and handling. Thank you, Tom

I have a sash that weighs right at the max of a 3230 (23#) and the min of a 3240. The original window has 1 of each (i.e. 1 3230 and 1 3240). Am I better off to use 2 3240's? These look are Series 385's (33"). Thanks,
