Hi, I'm trying to find replacement channel balance for my windows. I took out the channel balance (pictures attached). The stamps on the two are not clear so looking for some help on what kind of channel balance I need: One says: 32 9 40 28" LT DT CALDWELL The other says: 32 5 JQ CALDWELL ... (cont.)

Which 33" channel balance should I order? For non tilt double hung window. The metal portion is exactly 33". It is 1/2" wide with depth of 5/8" Thanks, John

I've attached images of the existing balance. The balance measures 33" x 1/2". Sash is about 30 lbs. Could you please advise if you carry something that could place this balance. Thanks in advance.

Need to replace one balance--- might like to order 4 ---one string broke---planning ahead for the others. Markings: 32 4 GP Caldwell Balance is 33 inches long Window is 32 lbs. (the bottom window panel is 45.5 in wide and 35.5 in high--big floor to ceiling window)

Single hung/ thermopane (36"x60")is hard to open an hard to close. Balances ( 24-9 KE5 CMC 45 ) are clean an in good condition. Vinyl jams are in good condition. My wife can barely open but can not close them. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks Dwayne

Hello, What's the difference in terms of the parts for the Options (sash weight range) of a channel balance? Does a heavier sash has a different Spring or do you just tighten the String so that you get more tension from the Spring? Thanks Hong
