S385-33 33" Series 385 Channel Balance

Single hung/ thermopane (36"x60")is hard to open an hard to close. Balances ( 24-9 KE5 CMC 45 ) are clean an in good condition. Vinyl jams are in good condition. My wife can barely open but can not close them. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks Dwayne

I have to replace a channel balance and a part I don't know the name to for my Window. First the channel balance is stamped with "32 3 HQ Caldwell". Hello, What's the difference in terms of the parts for the Options (sash weight range) of a channel balance? Does a heavier sash has a different Spring or do you just tighten the String so that you get more tension from the Spring? Thanks Hong

Which is the correct window channel balance replacement? Laser stamped 32 5 FV CMC 2 on existing part. 5/8" channel depth; 9/16" channel width. Thank you

Stamped 32 9 LQ CALDWELL MEASURES 33". The top clip on the window sill snapped off( I took a picture of the intact one). So I need one of those too. I think these are milgard windows. I weighed the window at 36 lbs.
