S385-33 33" Series 385 Channel Balance

I'm looking for replacement balances for my Milgard window. Balance: Length is 33 in, Width 1/2 in and Shoe width is 1 in. The 2 balances have different numbers printed on them, which confuses me. Given this information can you provide the correct balances to order? Thank you, Steve ... (cont.)

32-3 ID5 CMC 54

1) The metal part of the balancer is 33" long. 2) The width on the "U" bottom side is 1/2" wide. 3) The "wing span" at the bottom end of the balancer is 15/16". 4) The print says: "32 3 CL CALDWELL" on the back of the balancer.

Unique 32-C-30 Measures 33" in length from metal end to metal end. Looks like it's ⅝" in width.

I have a 33" sash that matches up to the 385 replacement. My stamping is "32-12 GB5 CMC (32HP39-41 )" What option should I use?

So I just received the S385-33 and am watching the videos to install. The problem I am facing is that the hook on my window appears to be too high up on the window and I can't hook the channel into it and push it down far enough to get the top to catch in the metal stopper. There is no "give" in the ... (cont.)

This part is attached at the top of each side of the sash and engages the sash balance. When installing the new sash balances from you I found some to be broken. The length is 1-1/2", and the width is 5/8". Do you carry this part? Thank you, Mike

Which 33" channel balance should I order? For non tilt double hung window. The metal portion is exactly 33". It is 1/2" wide with depth of 5/8" Thanks, John

I've attached images of the existing balance. The balance measures 33" x 1/2". Sash is about 30 lbs. Could you please advise if you carry something that could place this balance. Thanks in advance.
