vinyl window channel balance 33" long replacement. No idea who manufacturing company of windows. Nothing stamped or stickers. House / windows about 15 yrs old new construction. Need two replacement balance and plastic clips

33 inch metal. markins printed are 32 3 JO caldwell. I believe the part number to be S380-33 but can you tell the weight by these numbers and provide to me? Thank you, Brian

Hi, Photo shows markings on channel balance. (32-5 CA2 CMC 4). There is no other ID present. Measurement is of metal channel. Hope this helps. Vince

I believe the correct balance is the above, by the photos of the plastic thingies on the end and measurements. But my weight stamp does not correspond to your list. The windows were installed in the 1990s, if I recall correctly. The stamp is 32 3 AP Caldwell Can you help with the correct product ... (cont.)

These Caldwell balances have "32 4 IP CALDWELL" stamped on them. Other ones had different letters than IP, like HP. The metal portion is 33 inches long. The channel has a ridge at the bottom which is 5/8" wide, but the main portion is slightly bigger than 1/2".

Please help me find the parts. I saw one on your website. That should be fit. But i am not sure about the weight capacity.
