S385-33 33" Series 385 Channel Balance

Need help determining what balance to order.

I need help with a replacement for a broken window balancer. Please tell me what part to order from you. Window weighs 21 pounds. I also inquired about another window in reference number D148406. Thank you Sue

The length of the metal slide, not including the plastic ends is 32 7/8 inches. Also, the number 32 4 Ho caldwell is stamped on the metal slide.

1/2 inch balancer, metal is 33 inches long although marking says 32. I believe s350 or s351 but can not tell the difference. Have ordered these from you before but has been a few years! Thanks!

The number on the piece is 32-5 EA2 CMC. I need two pairs.

3220 BSI only markings on it 33"x1/2"x1/2" Not sure of the part I need to order from you. Any help will be welcome. I will be probably be getting 4. Thank you Leroy

Both balances on my window are shot. They each have this text stamped on them: 32 5 GU CMC 2 Can you tell what the right replacement part is for them?

I have a 1/2 Channel balance that needs replacing because of a bad plastic pulley. Although is has "32 3 KP Cladwell" written on it the metal channel is 33 inches (not including the guides). Both guides have wings and the bottom guide measures 1 1/16 front to back. Do you have this part? Thanks, ... (cont.)

33 inch metal. markins printed are 32 3 JO caldwell. I believe the part number to be S380-33 but can you tell the weight by these numbers and provide to me? Thank you, Brian

Hi, Photo shows markings on channel balance. (32-5 CA2 CMC 4). There is no other ID present. Measurement is of metal channel. Hope this helps. Vince

I need to replace a channel balance but all I have is an ink identifying number of 32 4GK Caldwell. The metal part only is 33" long it's 1/2" wide and has a 1" plastic end.
