Can you confirm the images attached are a 35" Series 385 Channel Balance? The markings show 34 4 EU CMC 2. Length of metal section is 35 inches and width is 9/16 inch. Should I select a stamp option?

Do you recommend periodic lubrication in the tracks of a Kinco type aluminum window and if so what should I use? Thanks

My windows will not go up at all, i watched your video and took it out. Both balances are broken. Found little pins broken and had fallen off in the track. Stamped on the metal rail is-3450-43. I need 2 window balances for a NUAIR window on a home built in 2005 with 1/2 inch channel width, 35 inch length and the following stamp: 34-9 CA2 CMC 4. I think I need Series 380 or 385, but I'm not sure about the shoe size. Please advise.
